Hi, I’m Noah Colson, a local real estate investor serving Boston and the surrounding areas. I was born and raised in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and have been living in Boston for the past two years. I started Colson Realty Solutions with a simple goal: to help homeowners navigate what can feel like a stressful and confusing process.

We work directly with homeowners to simplify the sale of their residential properties. We purchase homes for cash and handle every step with transparency and guidance, helping you avoid the stress of listings, showings, repairs with no hidden fee’s. We work with properties in all situations and conditions, and our focus is on making the process straightforward, flexible, and on your timeline.

All communications with homeowners are with prior consent, via text, email, or phone, and every message includes clear opt-out instructions. You remain in full control of how and when we contact you.
